• Technical information, such as browser type, request timestamps, IP-derived security signals, error logs, and service diagnostics needed to operate and protect the service.

AI processing and third-party providers

Prompts, uploaded story text, segment text, reference images, and generation settings may be sent to third-party AI model providers only when needed to process your request. Payment information is handled by our billing and payment providers. We do not sell your personal data.

Your content

You keep responsibility for the novels, prompts, references, and generated assets you use with the service. Do not upload confidential, unlawful, infringing, or highly sensitive personal information unless you have the right and authority to process it.

Data retention and deletion

We keep account, project, billing, credit, and generation records for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. You may delete uploaded novel content and segments from your project workflow where the product provides that option.
