Agreement

These Terms govern your access to and use of Novel to Comic at https://novel2comic.com. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service description

Novel to Comic provides tools to upload TXT novels, split text into segments, and generate AI comic images from those segments. The service may include account login, project storage, credit-based billing, payment synchronization, and AI generation task processing.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the stories, prompts, reference images, style instructions, and generated assets you create or upload.
• You must have the rights and permissions needed for any source material, characters, references, or other content you use.
• Do not use the service for unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, harmful, explicit, or unsafe content.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, scrape, bypass limits, abuse credits, or interfere with the service.

Credits, payments, and refunds

Comic generation uses credits. A successful comic image costs 10 credits at normal quality or 40 credits at high quality. Paid credit packs are processed through our billing provider. If a generation task fails after credits were spent, the service will attempt to refund those credits automatically.

Payments are not subscriptions unless clearly stated. Taxes, payment fees, exchange rates, and payment provider rules may apply. We may refuse, reverse, or correct credits associated with fraud, abuse, chargebacks, technical errors, or unauthorized activity.

AI output disclaimer

AI outputs may be inaccurate, inconsistent, incomplete, offensive, or unsuitable for your intended use. You must review generated comics before publishing, distributing, or relying on them. We do not guarantee that outputs are unique, error-free, or free from third-party claims.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, models, pricing, limits, or availability at any time. We may also update these Terms, and continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, content claims, payment provider issues, or AI provider failures.
